Center South 3-Year Anniversary Event

Los Angeles LGBT Center South is celebrating 3 years in Leimert Park! Join us for an afternoon of food, music, performances, and resources! ** Center South provides free or low-cost programming and services to the LGBTQ Community in South Los Angeles. The three-year anniversary event will recognize the hard work and dedication of Center South staff and volunteers and celebrate all they have accomplished. The event will also feature a DJ, performances, food, self-guided tours of Center South, resource/information booths for partners, a photo booth with a Center South backdrop, and a 45-minute to one-hour program. ** SHIFTS: 10 am-2 pm & 1:30 pm-5:30 pm

Located at 2313 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Center South provides free or low-cost programming and services to the LGBTQ Community in South Los Angeles. The three-year anniversary event will recognize the hard work and dedication of Center South staff and volunteers and celebrate all they have accomplished. Center South is a proud part of the Los Angeles LGBT Center – the world’s largest LGBT nonprofit. The Center provides services to tens of thousands of Angelenos a month, including youth housing and transitional living programs, senior housing and community programming, equitable health and mental health services, and cultural and advocacy-oriented activations.

We have two shifts available:

10 am-2 pm: Set up & Event support

  • Need 14 volunteers

1:30 pm-5:30 pm: Event support and breakdown

  • Need 14 volunteers
